THE INDIAN

Another super painting is of The Indian an iconic American motorbike ( First sold in 1902) which won the land speed record for motorcycles in 1967.

It was ridden by Burt Monro and highly modified and it was a 1926 Indian Scout bike, raced in the Bonneville Salt Flats

This is painted in gouache and it is glazed and framed in a distressed oak frame. Stunning blues and a fabulous retro feel about it.
